Concealed and Exposed Valves
Concealed valves are fitted within the wall, which means they have an overall more compact, 'flush' finish with the wall. Exposed valves are mounted directly to the wall, which usually means an easier installation process, but tend to take up more space.
Rigid and adjustable Risers
A rigid riser is a rail trailing up from the shower valve to a fixed head mounted at the top. Adjustable risers accompany a handset and hose, and give you the freedom to slide it vertically to a preferred position.
